If you want one more example to believe in God, this is it. I just prayed him only once. Rest he did.

I am proud to express my sincere gratitude to my teachers at PGIMER Chandigarh and JJMMC Davanagerc, who sowed the seeds ofENT in me, to whom I dedicate this book. It was Prof. Milind V. Kirtane who inspired me maximum to write this, through his handbook on FESS and his talk on various platforms. And therefore aptly, he is my choice for foreword and 1 thank him for his inspiration and his most precious words. Another person who inspired me to write this was Dr. D.S.Sethi, who elaborated on this topic during his 4th Endoscopic Sinus Surgery course held at Singapore.

It would have been an impossible task without the help of my Managing Director, Mr. P. Unneen and other managing partners Mr. Abdul Razak, Mr. Mohammed Haji, Dr. Ameen, Dr. Ibrahim & Mr. Hamza. It is their zeal to turn this hi-tech hospital into an academic institute which has made it possible to bring this book out. 1 shall always remain grateful for their support, not only financially but also in the form of free CT scanning, photography and video-documentation. If I have their support 1 can bring out every month a book.

I am highly indebted to Dr. E.G Mohan Kumar, our Medical superintendent and Chief orthopaedic surgeon, for his moral support amidst his busy schedule for this effort as well as for other clinical and academic activities.

Dr. Geetha Radhakrishnan and Dr. Priya John shared their precious time in going through all CT films thoroughly and interpret them. 1 thank Dr. K-urian N1 and Dr. Raghunath B for having contributed to the chapters on CSF leak and Sellar lesions and for having run around for me to get the references.

This book could reach to this from only due to Dr. E K Abdul Nazer's constant supervision. He did the final correction and helped me in designing and printing and I thank him immensely for this.

I am thankful to Dr.Venuchandran and Dr. Cherian Joseph, who stood with me throughout the designing and writing of this book. Dr. Cherian lent his new laser printer for this work.
