Dacryocystography and Orbital Apex lesions

Dacryocystorhinography (Fig. 43,44 & 45):

Plain X-ray Dacryocystorhinography or CT dacryocystorhinography may be necessary before a
dacryocystorhinostomy procedure, particularly in patients who have undergone surgery earlier.

Orbital Apex lesions : Biopsy or excision of orbital apex lesions can be done endoscopically. Both axial and coronal sections are necessary for the same.
